2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. One account per person is permitted.

4. Contributor Obligations

Contributors must complete tasks honestly and to the best of their ability. Fraudulent submissions, automated bots, or manipulation of the task system are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Earnings and Payments

Earnings are calculated based on verified task completions. Payment schedules and rates are determined by AashaPay AI and may be updated. We reserve the right to withhold payment for fraudulent or low-quality work.

6. Identity Verification

We require identity verification to protect our community. You consent to providing accurate government-issued identification and a video verification. Providing false identification will result in permanent account termination.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data solely to operate the Platform and do not sell it to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on AashaPay AI is owned by AashaPay AI Ltd. Contributors grant us a license to use submitted content for AI training purposes.
